The School of Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Department arranged a guest lecture on 18/08/2016 on "Managing the Inside" for faculties and students of SoE. The lecture was conducted by Mr. Viveck Shettyy (MD – Indus Communication). Mr. Viveck is motivational speaker for almost 15 year and he has delivered more than 300 speeches. He was welcomed by Mr. Pravin Patil. During the session he highlighted the following points:

1) What is the meaning of NAMASTE?
2) What does BHART means?
3) Discussed India's rich traditions and heritage.
4) How India will be next super power.
5) Get rid of your fears, they are only in your mind.
6) We are fortunate enough to be born in India.
