- OPAC: Online Public Access Catalogue is a tool to search the resources of the concern library.
- Book Bank: Under the Book Bank Scheme, a set of books will be issued to a student/ two students for both semesters of the academic year.
- 1. Scholar Book Bank Scheme for top 5 students of each class.
- 2. Social Welfare Book Bank Scheme for SC category students.
- 3. Financial Backward Book Bank Scheme Scheme for financially backward students.
- E-mail alert: Under this service user can get academic related e-mails by central library.
- New arrivals: Under this service user can get information of new arrivals by e-mail also.
- Inter Library Loan: Facility to issue other libraries books also like; SOET/MBA/MCA books
- Reprography: Photocopy or scanning facility

Membership
The staff and students of DYPSOE can get Central Library membership. Membership offers a wide range of lending, reference, information, current awareness and other services offered by Central library. Membership of the Central Library or use of its facilities implies an undertaking to observe the rules and regulations.
